Open House/Admission Testing

Remember to mark these important dates on your calendar:

Please plan to attend our Open House which is scheduled for Sunday, November 7, 2010 from 1-4 pm. There will be tours, give aways, prizes, and many opportunities to meet and talk with all of our teachers, coaches, club moderators and staff. To view our Open House flyer, please click here.

Holy Name uses the HSPT (High School Placement Test) for all exams.

Admissions Testing will take place from 9:00am - Noon on the following dates.

o Saturday, October 16, 2010

o Saturday, October 30, 2010

o Saturday, November 13, 2010

All of our placement exams are scholarship exams.

Please click here to view our Placement Exam Registration Form, Merit Scholarship Application Form and our Music Scholarship Application Form.

Registration for our Placement Exam can be completed on-line or by mailing in the above form. If you register on-line please bring your $20.00 exam fee with you on the day of your exam. Holy Name will mail (or e-mail) you a confirmation card a couple weeks prior to your scheduled testing date.

- Freshmen Registration will be held in the evening on Thursday, March 10, 2011.
