HN Track Program Is Represented Again This Year in State Championship

Andre Husain ’13, will be traveling down to Columbus on Friday, June 1st to represent Holy Name.  He is one of sixteen runners competing in the 200 meter dash regional competition at the Ohio High School State Track meet.

Andre finished third last weekend running a 22.07 setting a new personal best and setting a new school record.  His state qualifying time was a 22.39.
The 22.07 came in prelims, which does not carry over to the finals.
In total, Andre broke the school record three times this year.  In the state meet on Saturday, June 2nd, the top nine advance to finals, the top eight place.
Good Luck to Andre and all the state qualifiers.
