NORTH ROYALTON, Ohio — A late Trinity rally was not enough to overcome Holy Name.

The Green Wave got a late touchdown that guided them to a 35-27 North Coast League White Division win on Friday night.

With a 28-27 lead in the fourth quarter, Holy Name’s Mike Messina threw a 47-yard touchdown pass to Will Davis.

Shahkif Seymour scored four touchdowns for Holy Name, two through the air and two on the ground. Trinity mounted a late rally and closed the gap to 28-27 in the fourth quarter on a 1-yard touchdown run by Antonio Capasso.

However, the extra point failed and the Trojans did not get any closer.Holy Name Football Helmet
