Holy Name High School | November 26, 2014

During a Thanksgiving-themed ceremony on Tuesday morning with students, faculty, staff and parents in attendance, 38 new students were inducted into Holy Name’s chapter of the National Honor Society. The 31 current NHS students welcomed the new members by sharing their insights on the four cornerstones of NHS: Scholarship, Character, Service and Leadership. They also sang “A Beautiful Day” before presenting each new member of NHS with a flower and certificate in recognition of his or her accomplishments.

Current members were also honored during the ceremony, receiving their official NHS membership cards and pins. HN congratulates all of the NHS members, and is proud of their hard work and commitment to not only their educations, but also to making the world around them a better place.
