The 2019 Gala Auction Committee needs your help with the Cocktails on the Green: Rising Tide Gala Auction that will be held on Saturday, March 30, 2019 in the Main Gym.
This event is the largest fundraising initiative for our students. Last year, the Gala Auction raised $171,000, with a significant portion of the proceeds going toward purchasing furniture for all the math and theology classrooms, as well as the art room. This year, the goal is to raise enough funds to complete more classrooms until the entire school has been updated.
How can you help us achieve the goal? Right now, we are in need of gifts for the Gala Auction, specifically the Silent Auction. If you are already in Christmas mode and will be making purchases online during the Cyber Monday and holiday shopping frenzy, please consider buying a gift for the Gala Auction off of the 2019 Wish List on Amazon at http://a.co/1tplgau! We are also appreciative of receiving Amazon gift cards to build our silent auction baskets.
Keep in mind that if you donate a $100 gift card, cash or a gift valued at $100 or more, you will be entered into a raffle for the chance to receive $1,500 off tuition for the 2019-2020 school year.
Gifts can be dropped off at any time. If you can only drop off gifts on weekends, a special ‘Holly Holy Name Gift Day’ will be held on Saturday, December 8 from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m., by the Team Shop in the school’s Main Foyer.
As an added incentive, parents/guardians who drop off gifts valued at $100 or more between now and December 8 will have their names entered TWICE into the $1,500 Tuition Credit Raffle. Your name will be entered twice for each $100 donation made.
The winner will be drawn at the March 30 Gala Auction.
