Seventh and Eighth Period First Semester Exams

Tuesday, December 19th
Seventh Period Exam 8:00am – 9:30am
Eighth Period Exam 9:45am – 11:15am
Teacher Dismissal 12:00pm (Building closes at 12noon.)

There are no homeroom periods during exam week. Exams will begin promptly at 8 a.m. each day. Students may leave after their last exam of the day.

If your student has a study hall, he or she does not need to report to study hall during exam week. However, the cafeteria will be available for supervised study during all periods. Students who are in the building during their study hall period must report to the cafeteria for supervision.

Tuesday, December 19: Supervision in the Cafeteria and Computer Lab until 12 p.m. At this time, ALL students must vacate the building. No one will be permitted to remain in the building after 12 p.m. on Tuesday.

Bus transportation from the respective public school systems will be provided every morning. However, there will be NO afternoon busing on exam days. Students must arrange for their own afternoon transportation on those four days.

Fifth and Sixth Period First Semester Exams

Monday, December 18th
First Period Exam 8:00am – 9:30am
Second Period Exam 9:45am – 11:15am
Teacher Lunch 11:30am– 12:15pm
Teacher Dismissal 3:00pm

Six Class of 2018 Student-Athletes Commit to Colleges

During a ceremony at Holy Name on November 14, six senior student-athletes committed to continuing their academic and athletic careers next year at the college level.

Tickets: $15 per person, $25 per couple. All tickets can be purchased at the door. The ticket cost includes heavy appetizers and desserts. There will be a cash bar.

Great access right off of I-71. A Holiday Inn is next door if anyone needs a room within a five-minute walking distance.

OHSAA Winter Sports Parent Meeting

An OHSAA Winter Sports Parent Meeting will be held on Thursday, November 9 at 7 p.m. in the Holy Name Main Gym. The parent meeting will last no longer than 30 minutes. Parents/guardians and student-athletes on any winter sports team may attend.
