Holy Name will be offering a Practice Placement Exam for current 7th grade students.
Students currently in 7th grade are invited to take a practice High School Placement Test (HSPT) at Holy Name High School.
The test has no cost, but spots are limited. All those who attend will be entered into a scholarship raffle for two $500 awards to be redeemed during the 2024-2025 school year. Holy Name's Admissions Office will be hosting a Parent Information Session during the exam covering topics such as the Holy Name Advantage, the high school search process, and financial aid. The session will begin at 11:00am.
Students may choose to use their results from the practice exam for admission into Holy Name in the Fall, but are more than welcome and encouraged to re-test during their 8th grade year.
If your student scores in the 90th national percentile or above on the practice exam, they will earn the designation of a Namer Scholar. These students are eligible for a 4-year, renewable HSPT scholarship ranging from $1,000 - $6,000. Actual amount of the scholarship will be awarded in Fall.
Holy Name will offer additional study courses for your current 7th grade student in the Summer and Fall of 2023.
Seeley Test Pros is offering an HSPT Preparation Course at Holy Name High School.
