Boys Lacrosse
Founded in 2011, from prior Athletic Director Jack Richardson, Holy Name Lacrosse is built on tradition, passion, and love for the game. Our program develops student-athletes who thrive on and off the field by bridging competitive lacrosse with strong academics and a focus on discipline, teamwork, leadership, and accountability.
We prepare our student athletes to hold themselves to a higher standard, support their teammates, and represent Holy Name with pride.
Our alumni have continued their careers playing collegiate lacrosse at both the MCLA, NCAA, NJCAA, as well as numerous club programs. A true reflection of you get what you put in.
Lacrosse is more than a sport; often referred to as the medicine game. With a stick in your hand it clears your mind of all outside distractions. At Holy Name, our program is a family that creates lifelong skills, lasting friendships, and a lifelong love and respect for the game.
In our 15 years since hosting lacrosse at Holy Name our proudest moments are not those that take place between the whistles on the field. But rather the large amount of alumni who line our sidelines at the end of each season cheering on the current team. Those who proudly appear for our annual alumni game. And more than anything, those who give back to the game by coaching the next generation of players.

Rooted in faith and built on community, the Green Wave is where students rise, lead, and lift others with them.
