HOW TO APPLY
1. Diocesan Application
Students applying from a Diocesan Catholic grade school will receive their application electronically from their school on Monday, December 14th, 2026.
2. Non-Diocesan Application
Students applying from public or non-Diocesan private schools must complete an online application. Applications will open Monday, November 16th, 2026 and submitted by Friday, January 15th, 2027.
3. Transfer Applications (Grades 9–11)
Holy Name will consider transfer applications during the Spring of each school year.
Timeline:
March 2027: Transfer Application opens
May 2027: Admission decisions begin
June 1, 2027: Transfer Application Submission Deadline.
June 30, 2027: Deadline to complete enrollment paperwork for the 2027–2028 school year
Application Requirements:
Transfer Application, Letters of Recommendation (2), Signed Authorization to Release School Records (all completed online)
Final acceptance is contingent upon successful completion of the current academic year or semester, including continued academic performance and good disciplinary standing.
