Track & FIeld
Holy Name Track & Field is rooted in tradition, competitive excellence, and a deep respect for the pursuit of personal and team growth. Our program shapes well‑rounded student‑athletes by developing the complete competitor — mind, body, and spirit. Through disciplined training, academic commitment, and a culture of integrity, our athletes learn to push their limits, support one another, and carry themselves with purpose.
Whether through distance running, sprinting, hurdling, throwing or jumping, (or all of the above) our athletes will learn fundamentals and technique, and with hard work and passion, continue to improve throughout their high school journey. The lessons learned on the track — focus, perseverance, humility, and confidence — extend far beyond competition.
Athletes who come through our program carry their love for track & field long after graduation, joining a proud and supportive alumni community that continues to uplift the team. Many have gone on to excel in collegiate athletics— a testament to the discipline, resilience, and work ethic forged here. At Holy Name, track & field isn’t just a sport; it’s a lifelong commitment to growth, camaraderie, and personal excellence. We are dedicated to helping every athlete discover their potential and carry these values with them wherever their journey leads.
