RE-Enrollment INfo

Dear Holy Name High School Parents and Guardians,

Planning is underway for the 2026-2027 school year, and students are currently selecting the courses they will take next year. One of the first steps in our planning is obtaining an accurate count of students. It is at this time that we ask each family to declare their intent to enroll their child(ren) for the next academic year. To complete your student’s enrollment for next school year and process their course selection requests, please complete the online enrollment form in each student’s FinalForms account. The form can be found under the 2026-2027 school year. Please complete the important step by Monday, March 2, 2026.

A non-refundable fee of $255 per student must be submitted by March 2, 2026 for a student to be officially enrolled at Holy Name for the 2026-2027 school year. This non-refundable fee can be paid online via FinalForms (convenience charge applies). It can also be paid using cash or check payable to Holy Name High School, and submitted to the Holy Name Main Office. If paying by check, please include your son or daughter’s name on the memo line.

The diocese of Cleveland has approved our tuition for the 2026-2027 school year at $12,300.  This is a $400 increase from the 2025-2026 school year.  We strive to keep a Holy Name education as affordable as possible, and thanks to robust participation in the Triple Threat Raffle and donations from alumni and friends of Holy Name, we are happy to again announce only a modest increase.

In the coming days, you will receive information from Mrs. Kynslee Pearrell ’01, our state scholarship coordinator, regarding the renewal process for the Cleveland Scholarship and EdChoice scholarship. The details will be emailed to you. Please note that FinalForms will be listed as the sender of this important message. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.

Additionally, information on how to apply for 2026-2027 Holy Name-specific scholarships, as well as financial aid and the Angel Scholarship, will be communicated in the next month. Stay tuned for those details.

Please accept our sincere thanks for entrusting the education of your children to Holy Name High School. Our mission to educate students in mind, body, and spirit remains at the forefront of everything we do, and we are blessed to have young men and women who want to grow in each area of the Triple Threat. We are grateful for your cooperation with the re-enrollment process, the financial aid and state scholarship renewal process, and for your continued support.

Please review the attached documents carefully, as they contain important information and step-by-step instructions for the 2026–2027 re-enrollment and scholarship renewal process.

OTHER HELPFUL RESOURCES

  • FinalForms is Holy Name's online forms and data management service. To begin registering your student at Holy Name, you must create an account as soon as possible. Please register at https://holynameparmaheights-oh.finalforms.com/ and follow the prompts to create your account, create your student's account, and sign your forms.

    • We are asking that the first 3 form sections be completed by the Welcome Meeting on Thursday, February 26th. These sections are: Contact Information, Demographic Information, and Additional New Student Information.

Feel free to complete as much as possible, but in order to register for classes at your student's guidance counselor appointment, the 3 sections listed above must be completed.

Please reference the following documents for further instruction (included in your acceptance package):
      FinalForms Introductory Letter
      Parent Playbook - New Enrollment

*Note: If you have a current Holy Name student and are already using FinalForms, please do not create a new account. You will only need to 'add' your new student to an existing account.

**Note: Your student will receive a student account in August at Freshmen Orientation. Please do not worry about entering a student email at this time.

  • Be sure to add any sports your student may be interested in to your Final Forms account. This makes it easy for the coaches to send out information regarding summer workouts. If you have questions, contact Ms. Kim Luthman at kluthman@holynamehs.com. Registration for Winter & Spring sports will open during the school year.

  • More information will be shared for additional recommended school supplies.

  • Download the 2026-27 Course Catalog to familiarize yourself with the HN curriculum and graduation requirements.

You may also reference the current 2025–26 Student Handbook, which includes dress code, student policies, academic standards, and more. Please note that the handbook will be updated for the 2026–27 school year this summer.

  • The Team Shop will be open the evening of the Welcome Meeting! Additionally, you can purchase Holy Name apparel online, year-round, at https://sideline.bsnsports.com/schools/ohio/cleveland/holy-name-high-school.
